What does the Bible say about trusting others?

Answer: The Bible’s message about trusting others was summed up by King David, who said, “It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes” (Psalm 118:8–9). David spoke from experience, having been betrayed many times by those close to him (see Psalm 41:9).
